[RecurDyn Implementation Case] Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Technology Research Institute

An example of being able to change conditions such as steps and slopes, which were previously done manually, now being possible with batch processing without much effort.

We would like to introduce a case where our product "RecurDyn" was implemented at the Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Technology Research Institute. In the development of mobile robots, our product was considered suitable for dynamic evaluation during the design phase, which led to its adoption. After implementation, simulations were conducted using our product to examine whether the robot could overcome obstacles and inclines, leading to the determination of optimal values. Ultimately, the robot was able to overcome obstacles, yielding results nearly identical to those of the actual machine. [Case Overview] ■ Reason for Adoption: Our product was considered suitable for dynamic evaluation during the design phase in the development of mobile robots, leading to its adoption. ■ Results: In the examination of whether the robot could overcome obstacles and inclines, results were obtained that were nearly identical to those of the actual machine. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

[DTEmpower] Evaluation of Wind Turbine Hub Strength

Introducing two cases of modeling and data analysis using the data modeling platform DT Empower!

Wind turbines are mainly composed of parts such as blades, pitch control systems, gearboxes, generators, yaw control systems, and hubs. The hub connects the base of the blades to the main shaft of the wind turbine, and the blades experience complex alternating loads such as thrust, torque, and bending moments. Speed is transmitted from the hub to the main drive system through pitch bearings. Therefore, it is necessary to strictly manage the strength and lifespan requirements of the hub throughout the wind turbine. *For more details, you can view the related links.
